Game Status

The initial release of Galactic Pathways is currently in development.

The following lists features that will be implemented prior to the commercial release:

• Galactic Trading Exchanges
• Establish Embassy (Diplomats)
• 1 or 2 adventures with the awarding of Orbs
• Communication Satellites
• Income and Expense report
• Allow turning off soundtrack without muting the game
• Warning messages if you are running low on something
• Game balancing
• Screen shots in website

The following are new features that may be added after the commercial release:

• Auto-searching of zones
• Hyperlink alert messages to go where the item in the message is
• Ability to demolish improvements
• Show tax revenue for the current planet in settlement display
• Casino improvements
• Different alert sounds for different types of alert messages
• Bank Loans
• Selling planets
• Government improvements
• Galactic directory of planets and their coordinates that players can opt-in to
• Allow trading or selling of Galaxy Map
• Adventures and the discovery of Orbs
• Store all messages until they are explicitly deleted
• Supported Units report
• Show more detail on improvements in the Settlement View

The following are known bugs in the game:

• Change displayed cargo amount in starships to be in units of cargo. (i.e. show 200/200 and not 2/2)
• Enforce storage limits in power generation improvements
• Change order in which unit starve to death ??? (not sure about this one)
• Error when transferring units to/from a starship in a fleet
• Alphabetize lists: Units, Improvements, etc...
