It’s not Flash, it’s SVGSVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is a W3C standard for programmable 2-D graphics. Unlike Flash, which is a proprietary graphics format owned my Macromedia, SVG is an open standard (like HTML) not owned by any single company. This allows any organization to build tools and applications in SVG without relying on a single vendor.
